I am a high-energy, intuitive leader with expertise in organizational management, human resources, institutional advancement, and strategic planning.
As a coach, I help individuals and teams identify solutions to organizational challenges, anticipate stress points, and build alignment among key stakeholders.
Drawing on 25+ years of board leadership and nonprofit management, I help leaders gain clarity and confidence by simplifying complex dynamics and offering concrete, actionable solutions. My coaching is grounded in deep listening, quick diagnosis, and empowering clients to move toward thoughtful, effective action.
Education and Expertise
I earned my B.A. from Northwestern University, and I am a graduate of the Columbia University Coaching Certification Program (C3P). I also have certification in the Neethling Brain Instrument (NBI), which is a thinking style assessment for individuals and groups. I am a Wexner Heritage Fellow in Religious Leadership and have completed courses in non-profit event planning from NYU's School of Continuing Education.
I serve on the boards of Central Synagogue in NYC, The Marlene Meyerson JCC in Manhattan, Atra: Center for Rabbinic Innovation, and I advise several other religious and secular nonprofit organizations close to my heart.
I bring decades of leadership experience in congregational life, nonprofit management, camping, federations, and museum education. Earlier in my career, I worked in financial public relations and museum education.
